The general schedule for Conference is provided below. Attendees will have access to a more detailed conference schedule and a workshop catalog closer to the Conference date via the contact information provided when registering. All programming, unless specified as "off-site," will take place at the Marriott Metro Center Hotel.

There is no limit to how many attendees you can bring to Conference.
Group ticket discounts are available for groups of 10+ at a rate of $85/attendee for the regular registration period (Jan 2 - Mar 31). No group discount rates will be offered during the late or last call registration period (Apr 1 - 10). Refer to our complete guide above for more details regarding group payments.
ECAASU has two hotel blocks for attendees to book through. Use the following links to book with a discounted rate:

You should plan to book a two-night stay for the evening of Friday (4/11) and Saturday (4/12). While there is no formally scheduled programming for Sunday, Saturday’s events are scheduled to end in the late evening.
Attendees are expected to provide their own transportation. DC is easily accessible via the Metro. Refer to the complete FAQ guide above.

Attendees should prioritize searching for parking at their respective hotels. DC also has street and garage parking that vary in rates depending on day/time.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided for the full day of programming on Saturday, April 12. All other meals will not be covered. Registered attendees will receive a form to submit all dietary restrictions and a menu of the meals that will be provided at Conference.
